Natali Wachtman Perilo

Natali is a behavioral scientist and board certified behavior analyst with a license to practice behavior change programs.  A Columbia University graduate, she has held several director positions at various companies in NYC, and has been inspired by her experiences to make positive behavior change in other companies.  She is motivated by empowering others and giving them the tools they need to perform at their best with all of life's obstacles.  She makes performance management and diversity training a priority in her work.  In addition to her 19 years in applied behavior analysis, she graduated from a post graduate certificate program at Harvard University in organizational behavior.
